Daddy's Girl

It's Father's Day! And that means a Father's Day post. Obviously. I wrote this post a little while ago, and this is kind of an extension of that.
If you couldn't tell from the title of this post, I'm kind of a Daddy's Girl so luckily I have one of the greatest fathers out there. I am the luckiest girl in the world to have gotten such an amazing man to be my father.
Things I Love About My Dad:
-He is incredibly hardworking. He has three jobs plus a pretty time-consuming church calling and he somehow does it all and still makes time for our family. He's taught me so much about working your hardest and doing your best just by his example.
-He is completely supportive of me no matter what. He spent hours upon hours pitching with me my Sophomore and Junior years of high school, and was there they day I hit my first homerun. He has been my biggest cheerleader in everything I do and has been behind me 100%.
-He gives great advice. Maybe it's because he's a counselor for a living, (and I'm sure it comes in handy with 4 daughters) but whether it's school, boys, friends or just life, some of the best advice I've ever been given has come from my dad.
-He has a great sense of humor and can make me smile even when I'm really mad at him or in the nastiest of grumpy moods.
-He's amazing teacher, he's taught me everything from how to throw a ball to how drive a car (which I'm sure was a terrifying experience) and has stuck with me until I learned it well. He's taught me pretty much everything I know (well, the important stuff).
-He's incredibly patient (hello, he taught me how to drive) and has been a trooper through all the raging hormones, arguments, boyfriends, burnt meals, car accidents, expensive dresses, messy bathrooms and everything else that comes with being the father of teenage girls. And he still tells us every day how much he loves us and truly treats us, and more importantly our mother, like we are the most precious parts of his life.
-He is a worthy priesthood holder and has blessed my life and my family's life in so many ways. I am so grateful for everything he does!
I love you Dad! I'll always be your little girl.
Love, Brontë
