My apologies to every one (if there is anyone) who reads this blog, I've been super busy with school and life etc. but now that my homework load has considerably lessened, I thought I'd share a few fun discoveries I've made in the past two months.
1. Tunnel Singing. Although it can be a bit cheesy at times, it's incredible how strongly you can feel the Spirit while singing hymns.
2. The blueberry scones in the Cannon Center. It's a good thing they don't have those out every day cause I would definitely have my freshman fifteen by now if they did. Also, dipping a roll in chocolate milk is strangely delicious.
3. The little garden/yard behind the old President's home on campus. A perfect place to be alone, and has a great view.
4. Poetry. Or more specifically, a burning love for Poetry. Especially Tennyson. I've had The Charge of the Light Brigade stuck in my head for about a week now. (Half a league, half a league, half a league on!)
5. Time wasting websites. If you have time to burn, these are your friends: Dear blank, please blank and Pinterest. Warning: You may spend multiple hours on these sites. Don't blame me.
6. Writing letters. I recently wrote a letter to a good friend who's currently on his mission, and I realized how much I absolutely love writing letters. They're so much more fun than writing emails and much more exciting to receive as well. So if any of you have any free time, I love getting mail....
7. Crunchy leaves and puddle jumping. Enough said.
8. Donuts do not look as appetizing after you work out. What!? But it's true.
9. Writing things down actually helps you remember them. Weird, I know.
10. Stargazing. Yet another amazing reminder of our Father in Heaven.
11. Friends make everything better. I actually already knew this, but it's nice to be reminded every once in a while :)
Love, Brontë
