1. Her cute little giggle.
2. Having her watch me get ready for school in the morning.
3. Her hugs. She always seemed to know when I needed them the most.
4. Her saucy little attitude. As much as it drove me crazy, it also made me laugh and I've found that I really do miss it.
5. Our random crazy photo shoots we used to have. When we get a hold of a camera watch out....
6. Her borrowing my high heels and walking all around the house in them pretending to be grown up.
7. Putting her to bed. I used to be really annoyed when I had to put her to bed because she can stall like none other, but it's something I've really come to miss.
8. Having her tell me I'm pretty, especially when I don't feel like it. It might sound vain, but when a little kid tells you something like that there's a certain honesty about it and you know it has to be true or else they wouldn't have said it. Compliments from little kids are always the most sincere. And honestly, who doesn't like to be told they're pretty?
9. Doing her hair. My baby sister has the most gorgeous, curly, caramel brown hair you've ever seen and I just love to play with it. (It's straight in the picture above, but her hair is naturally curly)
10. Telling her about the drama (or lack thereof) in my life because she really listens and I know she will still love me no matter what.
Happy Birthday Gracie-Bell. I love you!
Love, Brontë
Ah, I'm getting teary again. Mom
